Interpretation Of These Rules
(1) If any civil employee is aggrieved from any interpretation made by any official while exercising any Rule of these Rules, such a civil employee may make an application to the Government of Nepal, Ministry of General Administration.1
(2) The interpretation made by the Government of Nepal in regard to the application made pursuant to Sub-rule (1) shall be circulated by the Ministry of General Administration to all the concerned government offices for information and guidance.
